2026 Commitment Form

As we consider what it means to have a heart of generosity, we hope you will prayerfully consider your commitments to Trinity's ministry. This year, we are asking you to make three commitments: 1. To grow in your faith 2. To be rooted in our community, and 3. To build a foundation for the future. These commitments include both our spiritual and financial commitments and we believe they will guide us to grow in faith and ministry. Visit our website for additional information. We invite you to make three commitments in 2026:

1. Grow closer to Jesus and One another (check all that apply) I would like to serve on Sunday mornings as a scripture reader/greeter/usher. I am interested in joining a Small Group. I want to serve as a Confirmation Faith Friend/Sponsor. I want to help with Children’s Worship (during worship). I’m interested in being part of Trinity’s Hospitality Team. I’d like to be a Trinity Angel (help out with Trinity administrative tasks during the week). I want to learn more about Trinity’s Music Program.

2. Be Rooted in our Community (check all that apply) I want to serve on a regular mission project. I want to learn about ways to engage in Social Justice and equity in our community. I want to be part of efforts to connect with our local community. (including Fall Festival and Easter Egg Hunt). I want to be part of a team that helps with building and grounds at Trinity (church clean/up, fix-up projects).

3. Build a Foundation for the Future (please include your financial commitment to Trinity in 2026) I/We plan to give (please specify amount below).
